• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• Any free shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned on our website or during special campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number (where available) so you can track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Herbaluxe is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact details.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can assist you promptly.

At this time, Herbaluxe ships only within Pakistan.
